Return of goods (Withdrawal from the contract)
When you buy at bihome.pl, you have up to... 30 days to return the product without giving a reason. We want the purchase decision to be completely comfortable, so we give you time to try on the lamp or piece of furniture for your interior.
How to make a return?
- Inform us of your desire to return by sending a declaration of withdrawal from the contract by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]. You can use a written declaration - the form template can be found in Annex 1 at the end of our Regulations.
- Secure the product and pack it (if possible in the original packaging).
- Send the parcel to our company address:

03-037 Warsaw - We will refund the funds (including the costs of original shipping under the terms set out in the regulations) immediately, no later than within 14 days of receiving the statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive and verify the condition of the returned goods.
Complaint procedure
All products sold in our store are brand new and covered by warranty. If the purchased goods turn out to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint.
How to file a complaint?
- Send your complaint by e-mail to the following address: [email protected] or by traditional mail to the company's address in Warsaw.
- In your report, briefly describe the product defect and (if possible) attach photos of the damage - this will help us process the case faster.
- After receiving the notification, we will contact you by e-mail to arrange the details (e.g. collection of the defective goods by our courier). We consider complaints within 14 days.
