
Buying at bihome.pl takes place in three simple and intuitive steps.
Step 1: Select the products you are interested in
Search for products that interest you
To choose from thousands of products available in our store, you can use several practical tools:
Product menu – will help you choose the category you are interested in.
Filtration – once you are in a specific category, you can refine your search by selecting on the left Filter and on the right Sort.
You have many options at your disposal - color, shape, material, dimensions, manufacturer, and many others.
Fast Shipping – there you will find everything we have immediately available in our warehouse.
Rooms – if you are looking for a product for a specific room, search the menu Rooms.
Promotions – you will find the best prices by searching the category Promotions.
Search engine – you can always search our store using the search engine, which we have greatly improved.
Inspirations and blog – you can visit our Inspirations section and see ready-made arrangements, or visit our blog to find what you are looking for.
About products
For each product you will find detailed information about it, including, above all, a photo gallery, dimensions, a short product description, related products and key product data. There you will also find information on delivery costs and return conditions.
Add to cart
After finding and selecting the product you are interested in, add it to your cart by clicking Add to cart or the basket icon.
To the checkout
If the order is completed, go to the cart. Click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen and then click the button To the checkout.

Products
Once in the cart, you will see the selected products and their quantity. You can still:
Change quantity
Enter the number you are interested in or navigate +/- and then click Recalculate
Remove the product from the cart
By clicking the icon "X” on the right next to a given product, you will remove it from your cart.
Delivery and payment
Choose form of delivery, and then payments, please note that some of them involve additional costs.
Discount coupon
If you have a discount coupon, please check the box I have a discount coupon, then enter a valid coupon to receive your discount. Please note that promotions usually cannot be combined and the system will automatically select the best available option for you.
I'm ordering
Confirm your selected options by clicking the button I'm ordering.
Step 3: Order confirmation
For this we need to know who to send the shipment to, what address and who to bill.
Log in, register or simply provide your shipment details
For this purpose log in, if you have an account in our store. If you don't have an account, you can:
Register
To do this, click Register and provide the necessary data.
Place an order without registration
Without registration, i.e. without creating an account. Click Place your order.
We encourage you to register. It will allow you to benefit from many privileges reserved for registered customers of our store, including:
- You can track the status of your placed orders;
- You can view your purchase history, issued documents, etc.;
- You will not have to re-enter your data for subsequent purchases;
- You will receive individual discounts and promotional coupons;
- Registered Customers can add products to the Vault;
- It will always be possible to correct or delete your data.
What data is needed for shipment
Enter the data necessary to complete the order in the form.
Delivery details
We can send the order to an address other than the address on the invoice, please select this option Different shipping address and provide details, including the courier's contact number.
Invoice details
If you want to receive a VAT invoice, please provide your company's Tax Identification Number (NIP), in accordance with applicable regulations, this should be done when placing an order.
Additional information
Please enter any additional information about the order in the field Comments.
Place your order
After clicking Summary you will see all the information you have provided.
Click Place your orderto confirm your purchase. Immediately afterwards you will receive an email confirming your order. It will contain all the details. We process orders after receiving payment. If there is a problem here, please call this number 603 889 238 or write to us by e-mail: [email protected]. The exception is cash on delivery orders (although for larger orders we will expect an advance payment - in such a situation we will contact you after placing the order).
If the product availability changes compared to that indicated on the website, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
