Before you start, you need to prepare:
- a soft microfiber cloth,
- a bowl of warm, but not hot, water
- liquid soap or detergent,
- a ladder or possibly a chair,
- rubber gloves,
- screwdriver (if applicable),
- newspaper,
- soft and clean towel.
Dry the lamp with a towel.
Use a soft, clean towel to gently dry the glass pendant lamp and prevent streaks.
Don't forget to clean the bulb too.
Wipe the bulb carefully - you can use a damp cloth if necessary, but avoid the metal base of the bulb and use warm rather than hot water. Leave the bulb to dry completely.
